Analyze and Determine
This is a terrific logic exercise. Logic is a basis for advanced thinking: "If this is true, then, that is true."
Parade Magazine contributor, Marilyn vos Savant, has created a fun and engaging logic puzzle.
Objective:
1. Write out the numbers 1 through 81 in a 9 x 9 grid, so they're in one long, unbroken line.
2. Numbers may advance up or down, or side to side.
3. Numbers may not advance diagonally (or intersect).
Clues are given in the puzzle by listing certain numbers; you have to use these as part of your advancing line of numbers.
The puzzles have varying degree of difficulty, and they may be played online or printed.
